If you like spicy food, we use these to create a dish that burns!

Shrimp Adobo

1 lb shrimp–we buy them when they go on sale for $4.99 and freeze

1 pablano pepper

1 can of Chipotle Peppers in adobo sauce

To make:

Put 1 tsp ol olive oil in pan over medium-high

add diced poblano pepper (1 Tbsp or more to taste), and letter cook for about 1 minute to soften a little bit

add 1/2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to pan, breaking up the peppers

Gently place shrimp on top and let cook for just a few minutes a side

Dipping sauce

1 small HEB sour cream combined with a Tbsp of pablano pepper (or more to taste) and 1/2 the chiptole Peppers

We usually double the peppers and have plenty of milk handy! 🙂
