Submit an original recipe to the Recipe Exchange using Spam as the main ingredient and for a limited time, every complete recipe that has been approved for posting will score a FREE Spam CookBook!

Here’s how it works:

• From August 8 to September 26, submit an original recipe containing SPAM products to the Recipe Exchange.
• When your recipe is published (they will email you to let you know), share it on Facebook, Twitter or your blog to get your friends and family to rate your recipe. Or put your recipe to the test and post it on our official Facebook page and let your fellow SPAM fans help propel your recipe to the top.
• You will receive a free SPAM Cookbook for your first published recipe while supplies last. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to redeem your gift.
• At the end of the challenge, five (5) winners will be awarded prizes. The top rated recipe, as defined by the Official Rules, will receive $1,000 and four (4) runners up will each receive a one-year supply of SPAM® products.
